5.1 Available plans
ONELIX offers several access levels, as presented on the pricing page:
- Free plan: discovery access, no credit card required, including the dashboard with N-1 data, available charts, partial indicator analysis, historical crash analysis, and access to the backtest simulator on all available indicators, limited to historical data dated no later than 31 December 2005.
- BeLucid BASIC: access to the latest data, complete statistical analysis for BASIC indicators, return and drawdown interpolation, and full backtesting of BASIC indicators over the available history; backtesting of premium indicators remains limited to historical data dated no later than 31 December 2005, within the limits specified on the pricing page.
- BeLucid PREMIUM: extended access including all BASIC features, statistical analysis for all indicators, return and drawdown interpolation, user-defined personalized email alerts, and backtesting for all indicators.
The up-to-date details of included features, available plans, commitment periods and applicable prices are stated on the pricing page at the time of subscription.
5.2 Commitment period and payment
Each paid subscription involves a firm commitment for the duration selected by the user at subscription: 1 year, 2 years or 3 years.
Payment is made upfront at the time of subscription for the full selected duration. Prices may be displayed as a monthly equivalent for readability, but this display does not constitute monthly payment.
Paid access is opened immediately after payment validation, subject to effective confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider.
5.3 Automatic renewal and cancellation of renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the due date, for a new period identical to the initial period, unless the user cancels automatic renewal before the due date.
The user may disable automatic renewal at any time from the profile area or, failing that, by contacting the publisher. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period: the user keeps access to paid features until that date.
Before each due date leading to automatic renewal, the publisher sends one or more email notifications to the address associated with the user's account. These notifications notably remind the subscribed plan, renewal duration, scheduled renewal date, applicable amount, and the possibility to disable automatic renewal before the due date.
For consumer users subject to French law, this information is sent within the time limits provided by Article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code where applicable, notably between three months and one month before the deadline for refusing renewal. The publisher may also send additional reminders close to the due date.
Renewal notifications are sent in the language selected by the user in the profile where available, or otherwise in French. The user remains responsible for maintaining a valid email address, checking messages, and ensuring ONELIX emails are not blocked or classified as spam.
Failure to effectively receive an email, when caused by an incorrect address, spam filtering, full mailbox or technical issue external to ONELIX, does not invalidate the renewal where the information was sent by the publisher in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulation.
5.4 No prorated refund
No prorated refund will be granted in case of early cancellation of automatic renewal. Cancellation only prevents renewal at the due date and does not affect the subscription period already paid.
Where the user requests immediate performance of the digital service before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal under Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, no refund may be claimed for the period already started.
5.5 Account deletion during the commitment period
Deleting the account before the end of the current subscription period does not give rise to any prorated refund. Unless expressly requested by the user or required by law, access to the service is maintained until the end of the already paid period.
5.6 VAT
Prices displayed on the pricing page are in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (publisher under the French VAT exemption regime). Invoices are issued accordingly.
5.7 Payment provider
Payments and renewals are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). The publisher never has access to the user's full banking data. Invoices are generated and stored by Stripe and are accessible from the user's customer area.
5.8 Promotional codes
Promotional codes issued by the publisher may be subject to specific conditions. A promo code cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated otherwise. The publisher reserves the right to disable a promo code at any time.
